    Brilliantly blue (& white!)

This stack of three Millie bangles from Bourbon and Boweties make a bold, yet subtle statement! Super excited that the top one perfectly matches my nail color! Millie bangles from B&B are five beads, on three sides of the bangle. They come in a huge variety of colors and variations. These are one of my fave bangles, as they can easily be worn separately or together in a fun stack!

  • Cinderella by Lily Pulitzer

    Cinderella by Lily Pulitzer

Dressing for our show in Sharonville, Ohio, in August. This was for our Preview Night on Friday evening. Our theme was “Once Upon a Stampaway”. I don’t do costumes…just not something I like to spend money on, personally. This was the closest I could get to “dressing up” using items I know that I will wear again. Sporting my Cinderella shirt by Lily Pulitzer, with a Canvas Style necklace, and some Millie bangle bracelets from Bourbon and Boweties. I call this look “Athletic Cinderella”. :p

  • Tron Lightcycle / Run

    Tron Lightcycle / Run

The line is usually enormous for this ride at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom, but last November, I managed to score a spot in line in which I only waited 19 minutes. It was the first time I had been on the ride, almost a year and a half after it opened. This may be one of the smoothest rides I have ever been on! Definitely looking forward to more Lightcycle rides!

  • Laguna Beach, California

    Laguna Beach, California

Laguna Beach is probably one of my fave, if not THE fave beaches. I don’t know what it is, but it is just a magical seaside town to me. The rolling hills, the swaying palms….it is a must-see every time I go to Cali. No matter how many times that I have been.

  • It’s Cold Outside Paper Doll Tag

It’s Cold Outside Paper Doll Tag

This tag was made using the It’s Cold Outside Paper Doll Tag subscription kit from Krazy Kreations. The monthly subscription kit came with all the supplies needed to create this adorable tag. All I had to supply was the tools (scissors, markers, adhesive, etc). The paper doll outline sticker is the main element of this tag, which is placed on a chipboard doll figure in the same shape. Step by step instructions make it easy to create this tag.

My bracelet stack features beaded stretchy bracelets from Kinsley Armelle and Bourbon and Boweties. #cutedress #shein #kinsleyarmelle #bourbonandboweties #alwaysaccessorize #51andfabulous

  • Ocoee Dam No. 2

    Ocoee Dam No. 2

Ocoee Dam No. 2 (from Wikipedia) a hydroelectric dam on the Ocoee River in Tennessee. The dam impounds the Ocoee No. 2 Reservoir and is one of three dams on the Toccoa/Ocoee River owned and operated by the Tennessee Valley Authority. It was completed in 1913. The dam utilizes a wooden flume that carries water from the reservoir down the side of the Ocoee Gorge to the dam’s powerhouse 5 miles downstream.

It is considered one of the nation’s top whitewater rafting locations. Companies such as Ocoee River Rafting and Nantahala Outdoor Center and Ocoee Adventure Center offer several different options for whitewater rafting, for all levels of experience.

It may be a little too early for the Fourth of July, but it’s never too early to celebrate a stunning stack like this! Bangles and bracelets from Bourbon and Boweties and Rustic Cuff.

  • Oui! Oui!

    Oui! Oui!

The trip that started my love of travel! A solo trip to Paris in September of 2012. I did not know a lick of French, had never been abroad (much less alone) and was not about to gorge on Parisian culinary delights (I am notorious picky eater)….I just wanted to see Paris. I spent months planning the trip…which, in the end, was life-changing!
