Red, white, and rock n’ roll!

White beaded bracelet from Allie + Bess; red, black, and yellow beaded bracelets (Kendleys) from Bourbon and Boweties. This was a stack I wore when I did a quick visit to the American side of Niagara Falls, and had dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe there.

Honeybee Stamps: Hoosier Cabinet by Kim Gausman ZumMallen Pietruszewski

These are screenshots that I saved on my phone. As seen on Stamp Junkies Facebook page….Kim Gausman ZumMallen Pietruszewski took the Honeybee Stamps Lovely Layers: Hoosier Cabinet – Honey Cuts to a new level! I absolutely love what Kim did using this die. It is absolutely adorable and makes me want to find mine and get creative!

Back in black (& gray)

This combination was a travel day stack, featuring pieces from a two different companies, Allie + Bess and Kingsley Armelle. The bracelets on either end are from Allie + Bess, and the three in between are from Kingsley Armelle. I love pairing the natural stone beaded with the clear, black beads. I also really like the black tassel accent on the solid black beaded bracelet.

Lavender & Lemon Beaded Stretchies

These beaded bracelets in beautiful lavender and lemon are from Kingsley Armelle. The lavender bracelets have an ion plated gold spacer bead, which adds a nice accent. These are a lightweight bracelet and come in a variety of colors.

“Arch” – Pittsburgh International Airport

Known as “Arch”, this transformer looking piece of artwork was created by Glenn Kaino in 2008, and was located in downtown Pittsburgh, until it was restored and moved to Pittsburgh International Airport in 2013. It was created to celebrate Pittsburgh’s 250th anniversary, and honors the many bridges that run throughout the city. The placards next to the sculpture speak of the Pittsburgh bridges, so that viewers can try and identify the various bridges that make “Arch”.

Sporty Cinderella

I call this look “sporty Cinderella”. :p The top is the Cinderella top by Lily Pulitzer, that I picked up on a visit to Hollywood Studios, at Walt Disney World. The blue skort was purchased at Marshalls, and my tennies are Saucony. Wrist action is three Millie bangles from Bourbon and Boweties, my chinoiserie beaded necklace with gold bow accents is from Canvas Style, and my glasses are from Amazon.

Lavender lemonade

These bangles from Bourbon and Boweties in lavender and lemon are natural stones, with an effervescent finish. They matched my tee perfectly, for a show that I worked in August in Cincinnati, Ohio. The yellow bangle is the Birdie, and the lavender bangle is the Posie. These beautiful bangles are both available on the Bourbon and Boweties website, bourbonandboweties.com.

Perfectly celestial

This trio of Kendleys from Bourbon and Boweties feature beads with the cat’s eye appearance. Purples, blues, teals, and tans, all blend together to create a gorgeous, almost celestial, effect. Kendleys from Bourbon and Boweties are one of my faves. They are always a stretch beaded bracelet, and come in a variety of colors, styles, and even bead shapes.

Niagara Falls: Airplane POV

I fly to Buffalo, New York, once a year for work. This year, I happened to have a daytime flight AND a window seat, so I was able to take some pics of the mist coming up from Niagara Falls while in the air. Niagara Falls is so amazing to me, it was a treat to get this bird’s eye view.

Navy and bright yellow combo

This bangle stack features two bangles that have clear, faceted pieces with a navy blue hue, and then a bangle with three bright yellow pieces on three sides. I wore this combination to match at-shirt I was wearing that contained navy blue and yellow. I thought this was a bit of a different color combination…with the exception of some colleges out there!
